Last week, the REC’n’Play festival took place in Recife, an event focused on knowledge and digital experiences, which featured lectures and debates by several specialists, in addition to cultural attractions.<\/p>\n

Rodrigo Colares, partner at Colares Advogados, was one of the speakers at the event and spoke, in a practical way, about the negotiations involved in Venture Capital contracts. Lawyers D\u00e9bora Vieira, Gabriel Lins and Giovana Mendes, also from the firm, participated in the conversation.<\/p>\n

During the 4 days of the festival, our team closely followed the program, which brought more than 600 activities on essential knowledge trails for the development of the digital scenario, such as artificial intelligence, GovTech, fintech, open innovation, cybersecurity, among others.<\/p>\n
