Lara focus her practice in matters related to privacy and data protection, intellectual property, and technology and innovation law, including in challenges of traditional organizations (both private and government) in their digital transformation processes.
Lara also works on matters relating to negotiation, mediation, and dispute system design (DSD), as well as in civil litigation, having participated in several national and international competitions on corporate negotiation and mediation.
Lara is a Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe (CIPP/E) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the world’s most prominent entity of privacy and data protection professionals.
