She has specializations in Administrative Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET), International Relations from the University of Brasília (UnB), and International Law from the Hague Academy of International Law, in the Netherlands.
